Every day i usually receive a phone call from someone who has just failed their driving test for perhaps the second third, or fourth time, and every time it has been simply because their "nerves" have let them down.
They have been told by their Driving Instructor they can pass their test easily but they just need to remain calm for that period of time and to focus.

For many people, the build up to the driving test can be just as bad as the actual test itself. Thoughts of what may or may not happen, or what could go wrong, can bring on severe anxiety and stress.

* Feeling nauseous, a dry mouth and generally run down.
