Alan, Northern Ireland's most successful Hypnotherapist has been put to the test by regional television and the local press for various topics on numerous occasions over the years . These include his Fast Track Stop Smoking, Weight Control, Overcome the Fear of Flying, Phobias, etc.

He was featured on Ulster Television's "Ask Anne" programme. The presenter had a subject who wanted  to quit smoking. The initial part of the programme was about agoraphobia and how Alan had helped a psychologist overcome her problem, the latter part was about the candidate who wished to give up smoking.
The whole Fast Track Hypnosis process was filmed, and the candidate returned a week later with Alan to discuss the results which were very successful.
On the final episode of the series stop smoking candidate  was again contacted and  he reported that he was still off the cigarettes four and a half months later and was finding it quite easy to stay off them !

Once again Alan was tested on UTV's consumer programme "Check it out"  this time including a completely new technique, that he introduced into Ulster, called a Mindseye Courier, a revolutionary relaxation system from America, which uses light and sound science. The audio-visual computerised component system very quickly creates the state of  complete and deep relaxation used in Hypnotherapy,  traditionally produced by slower techniques such as meditation, yoga, visualisation, etc.

Light and sound patterns are scientifically programmed and synchronised so that the Mindseye Courier helps with behaviour modification involving, weight control, stopping smoking, relaxation, overcoming  phobias, relieving stress or blushing, etc. Again the result of this TV programme was very successful. This equipment has been loaned to  various hospitals, doctors and dentists for to use on their own patients, and with very good results. In addition to the already  very high success rate of Alan's  Fast Track Stop Smoking and Weight Control sessions he introduced into his therapy (as well as the Mindseye Courier) - another new American concept called;

Laser Light Therapy

Laser Light therapy is based on the acupuncture principle, ( it should be stressed at this point that no needles are involved and the complete procedure is completely painless) and optional if the client so desires.

A small beam of light is placed over the clients acupuncture points on the outer ear. By applying this, it  then enhances the production of the body's natural endorphins (an anti-stress chemical that produces an elated feeling). This then increases the persons own will and determination to stop smoking or lose weight, and with little or no withdrawal symptoms. These special audio and visual techniques are used by Alan as standard practice (naming it Fast Track Hypnosis) unlike any other Hypnotherapist in the U.K or Spain. This is to ensure that the client always receives the very best possible treatment available, and all in a very fast and effective way.
