Freedom from Panic Attacks using Fast Track Hypnosis

A panic attack is a horrendous feeling for anyone to experience. The attack is a sudden surge of intense fear or terror that develops for no apparent reason. The panic attack normally begins quite suddenly and can last from a few minutes to several hours, they can even occur when a person is relaxed or even asleep.

Clients say that they feel all or some of the following;

The most significant feeling is a " fear of impending doom". In other words, they are  waiting constantly for something terrible to happen them and enter the "what if "scenario. What if this happens, or what if that happens how am I going to cope !
Eventually they proceed to back themselves into a corner when they feel in danger or unable to escape and refuse to go out of their homes - just in case !
The worst thing about a panic attack is the intense fear the person has that they will have many more attacks. They then become preoccupied with their own anxiety symptoms, and dwell on thoughts of dying or other catastrophes such as a heart attack.

The psychological core of panic attacks can centre around fears of internal physical disaster, such as: Heart attack, acute abdominal catastrophe or cancer.Mental disorder, such as: Going crazy or 'making a fool out of yourself' (public disgrace).
